Brief Introduction
The Bladder Meridian is one of the twelve regular meridians, one of the three Yang meridians of the foot. Superiorly, it connects to the Small Intestine Meridian of Hand-Taiyang at the inner canthus; inferiorly, it meets the Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin at the tip of the little toe. The meridian runs over the back of the head, the back, and the posterolateral border of the lower limb. The first point is Jingming (BL1), the last point is Zhiyin (BL67), with 67 points on each side. It mainly treats disorders of the genitourinary system, nervous system, respiratory system, circulatory system, digestive system, as well as conditions along the pathway of this meridian.

1. Jingming (BL1) – meeting point – red and swollen eyes, epiphora, blurred vision, dizziness, myopia, night blindness, color blindness, dry eye syndrome, acute lumbar sprain, sciatica, palpitations, severe palpitations
